Service Contract
We have 3 different levels in service contracts. These packages are based upon the number of users, and requirements of the specific entity. Our packages all include a Linux based server which we install and configure to the entities specific needs. These server acts as a mail server, firewall, proxy server, file and print sharing. Onsite Support
Our onsite support is provided in Gauteng and surrounding areas. These are billed on an hourly basis @ R300.00 per hour.
Remote Support
Our remote support is done via the internet; this enables us to fix all software related errors quickly without the customer having to wait for a technician to get on-site.
Support Extra's
XCS recently introduced a ticket system where users can log there problems and track the status of the call logged..
Our Live Web Chat also enables the customer to chat with a technician requesting support.
